It's party time in Brazil! The João Lisboa School is celebrating its 40th anniversary with great enthusiasm, an extraordinary milestone that marks four decades of dedication and love for education. The celebratory year began with an emotional Eucharistic Celebration, a special moment that brought together the educational community to give thanks for the countless fruits harvested over these years.
Until October 19, the school will be transformed into an explosive place of energy and joy, with a series of engaging initiatives that promise to entertain and give voice to thanks and memories. From colorful parties to engaging animations, to interviews with teachers or former students who share their stories of growth and human promotion: each event is designed to celebrate not only the past, but also the bright future of our young people.
The history of Obra Educational Dom Marcelino began in 1985 when, from the will of the Sisters present in Brazil, the desire to give life to a great and necessary educational work took shape: taking care of the little ones, offering them a safe and stimulating environment where they could grow harmoniously and serenely. Today, looking back on these forty years, we can proudly say that our school has been a beacon of education, a place where human and Christian values have flourished, guiding generations towards a full and meaningful life.
The Sisters, who have succeeded one another in this generous educational journey, have dedicated their lives to teaching and caring for children, leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of all those who have had the fortune of crossing their path.
